Cục An toàn thực phẩm (Bộ Y tế) vừa ban hành quyết định xử phạt hành chính hơn 11 tỉ đồng đối với Công ty TNHH sản xuất - y dược phẩm Vĩnh Điển vì 6 vi phạm, trong đó có sử dụng chất cấm trong sản xuất, chế biến thực phẩm chức năng.​

Công ty TNHH sản xuất - y dược phẩm Vĩnh Điển (địa chỉ tại huyện Đan Phượng, Hà Nội) sản xuất hàng loạt các loại thực phẩm chức năng có công dụng tăng cường sinh lý và hỗ trợ giảm cân.

Cụ thể, Cục An toàn thực phẩm nêu rõ công ty này vi phạm 6 hành vi bao gồm: sản xuất một số loại thực phẩm chức năng mà không có giấy chứng nhận cơ sở đủ điều kiện an toàn thực phẩm đạt yêu cầu thực hành sản xuất tốt; không đăng ký bản công bố sản phẩm theo quy định; không có giấy chứng nhận cơ sở đủ điều kiện an toàn thực phẩm; không đảm bảo thiết bị chuyên dụng trong sản xuất; vi phạm quy định về nội dung bắt buộc trên nhãn hàng hóa và sử dụng chất cấm (Sildenafil, Sibutramine) trong sản xuất, chế biến thực phẩm.

Các sản phẩm có chất cấm bao gồm: thực phẩm bảo vệ sức khỏe Bổ hoàn dương plus (số lô: 02.2022, NSX: 11-5-2022, HSD: 10-5-2025); sản phẩm Stony bổ thận tráng dương tăng cường sinh lý (số lô: 03.2022, NSX: 12-5-2022, HSD: 11-5-2025); thực phẩm bảo vệ sức khỏe Giấm táo Slim hỗ trợ giảm béo (số lô: 01.2022, NSX: 26-2-2022, HSD: 25-2-2025).

Tổng số tiền xử phạt cho 6 hành vi mà công ty này vi phạm là hơn 11 tỉ đồng.

Cục An toàn thực phẩm cũng quyết định đình chỉ hoạt động sản xuất thực phẩm bảo vệ sức khỏe 11 tháng kể từ ngày 1-3 đối với Công ty TNHH sản xuất - y dược phẩm Vĩnh Điển, tước quyền sử dụng giấy tiếp nhận đăng ký bản công bố sản phẩm thực phẩm bảo vệ sức khỏe Bổ hoàn dương plus 22 tháng.
